Makes 2 glasses

Ingredients

200ml/ 1 cup boiling water
2 tea bags
2 oranges
100 ml/ 1/2  cup grapefruit juice
1 star anise
1-2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbs brown sugar
orange peel spirals for decoration

Preparations

-Make tea with boiling water. Leave it to infuse for 5 minutes.
- Wash oranges. Remove peel in a very thin spiral using a sharp knife
- Cut oranges in half and squeeze out juice
- Strain tea into a saucepan, add orange and grapefruit juices and stir well.
- Add star anise, cinnamon and sweeten to taste with brown sugar. Heat mixture for 1 minute.
- Rinse out two heat resistant glasses with hot water.
- Serve the punch in glasses and decorate with orange peel spirals.
