Ingredients
300g/ 2 cups cashewnuts 1 tsp black salt 3 tsp coriander-cumin powder A pinch of asafoetida 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbs oil 11/2 tsp salt
Preparations
- Heat oil and sauté cashewnuts until golden brown. - Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Cool and serve.
