Ingredients

For Crepes
1/2 cup of each dals (masoor, channa, moong & urad) soaked overnight
1 tbs ginger chilli paste
1 tsp cumin seed
Salt to taste

Amchur mix
1 tsp amchur
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt
3 tbs water



For Filling

4 potatoes cubed & boiled
2 onions finely chopped
1 bunch coriander chopped
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tbs mint paste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt, sugar and lemon juice to taste
 

Preparations

- Blend all the ingredients for crepes with water and form a batter.
- From the filling ingredient grind the following to paste: chillies, ginger, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt, lemon juice and sugar.
- Mix potatoes, onions and coriander with the above paste
- On a non stick pan put a spoonful of crepe batter and spread evenly. Cook till brown on both sides.
- Spread little amchur mix on crepe and potato filling mixture.
- Roll crepe and serve with mint chutney and tamarind chutney.
