Ingredients
For the Crust
1 cup crushed Rio Marie Biscuits
Cup melted butter
1 tbs sugar
For the filling
- 1 packet (100 gms) orange jelly or raspberry jelly
- 1 cup mixed chopped fruit (strawberries, grapes, apples, pears, etc.)
- Fresh cream for garnishing
Preparation
- Mix the crust ingredients very well and press evenly into a 6” diameter baking tray.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Dissolve the jelly in 3 cups of boiling water. Place over ice and stir continuously.
- When the jelly gets thicker, add the chopped fruit while stirring it continuously.
- Pour the jelly mixture over the biscuit crust and refrigerate until firm.
- Serve chilled.
